Law In Force To Protect Foreign Children
Foreign children in South Africa must be accorded the same rights and protection as those who are born and bred in the country, according to Social Development Minster Zola Skweyiya.
In his address marking the start of Child Protection Week on Tuesday, he said the plight of all children had "deteriorated" in the time it had taken to draft laws to protect them.
